We pride ourselves in the services we provide to our clients. We are a small office. The attorney that you meet in the initial consultation will be the same attorney who will continue to represent you throughout your entire claim. You will know the attorney and office staff on a first name basis.
Since many of our clients have sustained injuries making it difficult to come to our office, we offer consultations at your home, hospital or extended-care facility.
In addition to our medical malpractice and personal injury services, we also provide our clients with general practice services such as last wills and testaments, powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, probate estates and simple contract issues. Fees for these services are charged as a flat or an hourly fee.
Attorney Mantkowski will meet with you in our office, your home, a hospital setting, or wherever convient to discuss the facts of your potential claim.
Sign a contingent fee contract and processing your claim. With a contingent fee contract, our office will only recieve compensation if we obtain a monetary award for your case.
We work as hard as possible to create awesome sites and applications.
